Our Team

Andrew Brown

Partner
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with the RICS, with 30 years’ experience of all aspects of Rural Property. He advises on Farms and Estates as well as acting for landowners in the negotiation of Promotion and Option Agreements, including the Valuation of Residential and Commercial Development sites. Andrew lives in Oxfordshire and is based in the Faringdon Office. He is a lover of all things rural and enjoys walking with his dogs, skiing and sailing.

Juliet Souter

Partner
Juliet specialises in all aspects of commercial property management and looks after commercial and mixed use property portfolios for a number of retained clients. She offers practical, solution based professional advice in all areas of property management. Before joining Marriotts in 2006, she managed the Oxfordshire portfolio of National Trust properties for nine years. Prior to that she worked for a property management company near Southampton for five years, where she completed her professional training. Juliet qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1993 and has worked and lived in the area for over twenty five years. When she’s not working, Juliet is a busy groom to her two eventing teenage sons.

Luke Sparkes

Associate Partner
Luke heads up the Commercial Agency Department and has over 15 years of experience working with commercial property in the locality. Previously a Partner at Thomson & Partners LLP for 8 years, he focuses on the sale and letting of commercial property. Luke lives in The Cotswolds and is based in both the Faringdon and Cirencester offices. In his free time he enjoys shooting, fishing and walking his black Lab.

Marian Costley

Business Manager
Marian joined Marriotts in 2008 as the Office Manager, and is now promoted to Business Manager. She moved to the Oxfordshire area from Somerset in her early years and has lived in Faringdon for over 35 years, much of that time in the same cottage which she shares with her husband and three cats. Marian is a keen follower of motor sport and loves gardening, wildlife and birds.

Gemma Dunn

Accounts Manager
After studying Performing Arts at the University of Central Lancashire, Gemma started working in Accounts as a part time job. It was then she realised her passion for finance and numbers, and has never looked back. Gemma moved from Manchester with her family in 2015, and joined Marriotts Property LLP in 2017 as Accounts Assistant rising to our Head of Accounts in 2019. In her spare time Gemma has a passion for cooking, holidays, and enjoys spending time with her children.

Amber Ingram

Residential Lettings Manager
Amber is the newest member of the Marriotts Property team and is joining us as the new Residential Lettings Manager. She has worked in the lettings and property management industry since 2011, primarily living and working in the Swindon market but is excited to extend to Faringdon and the Oxfordshire county. Amber provides a one point of contact service for our landlords looking after all aspects of your rental investment. In her spare time she is an avid gym goer and enjoys nothing more than a coffee date with family or friends.

Although we have been providing advice to clients for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on an innovative approach to all property matters.  The ownership and occupation of property will produce its fair share of problems.  The experience of the Partners in the business and the quality of staff employed means we can find ways to solve problems and achieve clients’ goals.  In our book a problem is for solving.
